Terms of Service

SESSION FEE: This pays for portrait sessions, the Photographer's time during the post-processing of the images in Photoshop, uploading the gallery, and order processing. In order to hold your date and time, a deposit of your session fee must be received within one week after the date of this agreement. Should payment not be received in this time frame, Priscilla Chan Photography reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. The money is non-refundable but we will gladly reschedule once if difficulties arise. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the photo session if you need to reschedule. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check (payable to Priscilla Lanuzo). Checks returned by the bank, for any reason will be charged a $25 service fee and all orders will be cancelled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification. Due to the custom nature, all sales are final.

COOPERATION: Priscilla Chan Photography is not held responsible for behavior of parties involved with the session, with the exception of studio personnel. If the desired outcome of your session is jeopardized by the behaviors of parties involved with the exception of studio personnel, studio cannot be held responsible. This includes but is not limited to: arriving late, inappropriate dress, attitude and/or misconduct. The Client shall maintain control of other subjects including siblings. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure the cooperation of additional subjects as not to intrude on the baby’s immediate area during a newborn session. The Client shall provide all necessary controls over additional subjects. The use of other of cameras during the session is strictly prohibited.
